Exmoor Wellbeing Centre is based in Periton House, a beautiful Arts and Crafts residence that borders the Exmoor National Park. The house is surrounded by three acres of its own woodlands and developing bio-dynamic gardens, offering a delightful location to focus on all that supports human health and well-being. The centre offers a range of therapies, classes and events with an onsite treatment room and yoga studio. 
Our focus is on wellness rather than illness, and it is our mission to provide quality therapies, activities and advice to support well-being, increase immunity and live harmoniously, in-tune with nature.
